Sculpture on Hong Kong Sea was conceived for both the artists and the public from
all walks of life in mind. Artists are given the chance to fulfill their creative dreams as
well as enter into a unique outdoor dialogue with the people of Hong Kong. The engagement with overseas artists in the same exhibition also presents an opportunity for local artists to broaden their horizon.
